Project Summary:

As befitting its name, the first thing you will recognise about Cirqua are the eye popping, circular windows. A striking design feature of this distinctive building, these portal windows are a reference to the rich architectural landscape of Ivanhoe East and its gracious Arts & Craft and Queen Anne Federation residences.

Designed by Simon Knott of BKK Architecture, Cirqua is an architectural triumph of the 21st century; the quality of architecture, which demands a pristine perfect build, will ensure that Cirqua Ivanhoe will become a legacy residence for years to come. Developer, Jim Fagan of Cubik says:

“We have chosen to build Cirqua to this level of design quality because we wanted to have an inherent sense of architectural beauty about it.”

Situated at 206 Lower Heidelberg Road, Cirqua is comprised off 44 bespoke and expansive 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Each dwelling is truly unique as owners can choose between one of 36 individually articulated interior floor plans.
